NMC's Texture Pack For New Vegas Large is a mod for Fallout: New Vegas created by NeilMcNMC. It changes the vast majority of in-game graphics. It does not retexture the DLC. But the DLC will still work if you use this mod, but will use default game textures where applicable.

Ultra HD Texture Pack Includes: Remastered 4K environment textures, including geometry and skyboxes; Remastered 4K characters and vehicles; Remastered 4K weapon meshes and textures; Improved Anti-Aliasing implementation, including improved edge line implementation. This includes improved ink line definition and framing/outline around character. Create a work folder. Create a folder in your work folder and name it 'NMC Textures - TTW'. Extract the Fallout 3 pack, the New Vegas Pack (Extract all three main into the same folder), and Washed out Wasteland pack into separate, easily identifiable folders. Extract the script package. With the tweak to allow the game to use all 4 gigs of RAM instead of just 2, I'm actually also getting a smoother framerate now, with the full NMC's texture pack, than I was before, with vanilla. Texture pack overhaul takes the low-res default New Vegas wasteland. If you choose to use it as an extension of NMC's work, you may have to . Josh Sawyer Modtwofoldsilence. Sawyers was the lead developer for New Vegas. So hell, he doesn't even have to name his freaking mod, it speaks for itself.

Resource Packs:Go into your 'file explorer' (found in the Windows 'start' button) and type '%appdata%'. Then find and open '.minecraft'.Scroll until you find 'resource packs' and open it. Find the resource pack you want to get rid of and right-click on it. Then click 'delete' or you can click and hold it (drag it) to the desktop. Done.
Mods/Worlds: (Do What is in GREEN Above) Find and open 'mods' or 'worlds'(depending on what you want to delete or move). From here you should know what to do(if not look at the BLUE above).

I keep trying to delete it, but when I try to open resource packs to install a new one it says it can't open because of the one I deleted. It keeps re-appearing after I've deleted it in %appdata% and I don't know how

Hey I did this but when I deleted it I joined the server and it automatically downloaded, so I really can't do anything but to use the server's texture pack :(

Sorry to hear your problem, but this post only refers to basic resource packs, I do not have knowledge of the resource pack you are refering to. So, unfortunatly, I can not help you with your crashing problem. I recommend contacting the creater of this resource pack regarding your problem.
